A new build apartment block in Balham, south London, provided us with the opportunity to showcase our expertise across a broad range of carpentry services.
The 84 new apartments at Irene House all had doors, frames and ironmongery installed by our six-strong team of skilled and experienced carpenters.
We also fitted a total of 6,000m of skirting throughout the development, along with window board and handrails to provide a stylish finish to this contemporary living area.
Key to our expertise was the installation of cement fire boarding floors, including the penthouse floors, as part of our specialist fire door fitting service.
We are a certified provider of fire doors, something required by law when developers work with carpentry services to install fire doors in UK premises.
Our carpenters fitted shower bases in the apartments and undertook extensive cedar panel and bar panel work across the development, along with the installation of a staircase for accessibility and fire escape purposes.
RP Carpentry MD Roger O’Gorman said: ‘We were delighted to be given the opportunity to work on this impressive new housing development.
‘We are proud of our reputation for excelling in carpentry services for such construction projects.
‘We cover a large geographical area from our base in Berkshire and have an extensive client base of satisfied customers.
‘Our fire door installation service and work on large roof spaces are our specialisms but projects like this one provide us with the opportunity to show our extensive range of carpentry services.
‘Our skilled carpenters provide clients with the same levels of professionalism and customer service no matter how big or small the project.’
